Baking instructions for bearings: Heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius and let bearings sit for about 30 minutes. Have the air locker which has been sitting in the freezer for a few hours ready on the table when you take the bearings out of the oven. Apply thin oil (Crc 5-56, WD-40 etc) on the locker and drop the bearing in place.
