I designed a personal winch bumper with autocad for my Suzuki. I got the Idea when I decided to get a winch for my SJ413.
The bumper is made from 3mm Hardox400 plate as one of the set goals for the bumper was to be as light as possible.
The winch is mounted directly on to the face plate of the bumper to minimize the required amount of metal needed.
